Each session will allow for 30 minutes at one location, and High-Resolution download of 25+ professionally edited & retouched images within 2 weeks of your session.

Session will allow for up to 1 hour at one location, and High-Resolution download of 60+ professionally edited & retouched images within 2 weeks of your session.

Session will allow for up to 2 hours, up to two locations if time allows, multiple wardrobe changes in time allowed, and High-Resolution download of 150+ professionally edited & retouched images within 3 weeks of your session.

Session will allow for up to 2 hours, multiple locations if time allows, multiple wardrobe changes in time allowed, and High-Resolution download of 80+ professionally edited & retouched images (varies based on locations, wardrobe changes, and desired photos) within 3 weeks of your session.

Session will allow roughly 3 hours (depending on baby!) with use of our variety of studio props, wraps, hats & headbands. High-Resolution download of 30-40+ (average) professionally edited & retouched images within 2 weeks of your session. Includes 50 Custom designed Birth Announcement cards, delivered within 1 week of ordering.

Typically these sessions allow for up to 2.5 hours, within 1 hour travel of Knoxville. (Inquire if additional travel fees apply.) Final images delivered will range from 200-500 depending on details planned, number of guests, and length of time needed. Delivery of High-Resolution images through download gallery, within 4 weeks of your wedding/elopement.

Through your download gallery, you'll have the option to order professional prints and canvases. Once you download your images, you can order right in the gallery! If you choose to print yourself, please use a professional lab or printing service. In Knoxville, you can print with F/32 Photo or use a service such as Shutterfly or online pro lab (WHCC, Millers, or Mpix). Please do not use a 1-hour or retail printers (Walgreens, Walmart, Target, CVS, Costco…) all of these options are low-quality and will not best represent my work.

At your convenience, please read through the policies below. If you have any questions, please give me a call and I'll be happy to go through it with you or clarify anything! When you're ready, just sign and hit "SUBMIT" then select your session option and click "Pay Now" to book your session. (Keep in mind the signature and the payment link are two separate steps!) 

1.     An agreement of session details via email, a digital signature on this form, and the retainer or the full session fee and any add-on option(s) are required to reserve the time and date agreed upon, and ensures that Photographer will make no other reservations for that time.

2.     For this reason, the session retainer fee is non-refundable, even if date is changed or canceled for any reason. In the instance of cancellation, the deposit will be applied to any future service, booked within 30 days of original contract date. (Seasonal mini-sessions subject to full session cost of $250 if scheduling not arranged after the Mini-Session promo. At that time, a new contract may be signed.) This deposit will be lost after 30 days, if the Client has not made arrangements for a new session. {It will also be the responsibility of the Client to stay in contact with the Photographer to make such arrangements. Due to scheduling, Photographer will propose several possible alternative session dates. If a suitable rescheduling cannot be reached, at the Photographer’s discretion the session can be scheduled further than 30 days in advance. Only 2 reschedules are permitted before Client is at risk of losing Session Retainer for Noncompliance.}

3.     If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, a $45 retainer will need to be paid to book another session. If inclement weather requires rescheduling, no penalty will be applied to Client.

4.     In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured, becomes too ill to photograph the session, or cannot perform this agreement due to fire, casualty, nature, or other cause beyond the control of all parties, the Photographer will make every effort to secure a rescheduling of session. (If Photographer reschedules within 48 hours, Client will receive $45 credit - Unless reschedule is due to weather, at Photographer's discretion.) 

5.    Emerald + Ivy takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and storage of photographs. However, in the unlikely event that the photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Photographer’s control, we will first make every attempt to recover the images if possible, or schedule a re-take of the session. The limit of liability for a partial loss of the originals shall be a prorated amount of the images lost based on the percentage of total number of photos to be delivered to client, if rescheduling to complete the amount of images promised is not possible.

6.     Every photo you receive is a direct reflection of Emerald + Ivy, so each image you receive will be professionally retouched and enhanced in the best way possible, as decided by Photographer.  Photographer will edit any blemishes, blur backgrounds, remove distracting elements from the photos, etc. If you request additional editing beyond the standard editing process/time spent – there will be a charge of $5-10 per photo, at Photographer’s discretion. This will be discussed with you and confirmed before invoicing for additional editing costs.

7.     The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken, or the outcome of photographs as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance, communication, or punctuality. Any tardiness will result in shortened session time. Tardiness of more than 10 minutes to this session without communication with Photographer will be considered a cancellation.  See #2 for cancellation policy. Please also understand that due to the short session time, if any little ones are not happy or uncooperative, it may result in a lower number of images. If you feel you need more time, you are free to wait until after the next session is completed to see if there's any other images we can capture. If you decide to reschedule, please refer to #3 for any fee applicable. 

8.      The Client will receive a link to view and download the High-Resolution images with unlimited personal Print/Usage Release within 2-3 weeks of session (listed above with type of session). 

9.     The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client has paid. Use of photos for advertising purposes by Photographer is acceptable, unless otherwise noted below in the comments section of your signature form. 

10.   Digital images purchased are the property of the Client for personal use only. However, Copyright Law dictates that Photographer’s work may not be altered, re-edited or changed in any way by Client. (This includes editing the image any way, cropping more than simply printing, or applying any filters on social media such as FaceBook or Instagram.) Photographer also requests that any photos published online, be noted with Emerald + Ivy as the Photographer.
